The Sevier County Clerk's office is the official bookkeeper for Sevier County. The Clerk's office handles county elections with the county election commission.

Handling marriage license, DBA's, minister credentials, probate, and all county bills. The County Clerk is the official bookkeeper of county government and serves as the clerk for the county court, quorum court, and probate court. The Clerk serves as the secretary of the Board of Equalization and Intergovernmental Council Board. The County Clerk is also responsible for the administrative details of each election for the County Board of Election Commission. The Clerk issues marriage licenses and keeps a record of all minister’s credentials.
