🔬🧪 Learning Science Through Hands-On Exploration! 🐔➡️🐸

Mrs. Wilson and her 7th grade science students are continuing their hands-on journey through anatomy! After starting with a chicken wing dissection to explore the muscular and skeletal systems, students have now moved on to their next exciting investigation: frog dissection! 🧤🔍

Through these interactive activities, students are exploring anatomical structures, identifying organs, and discovering how different body systems work together. By comparing what they observe in different organisms, students are connecting classroom concepts to real-world biology while strengthening their observation, investigation, and critical-thinking skills.

From chicken wings to frogs, our 7th grade scientists are learning by doing, asking questions, and discovering just how fascinating science can be! We love seeing their curiosity and engagement in action. Way to go, future scientists! 👏🧬

🔬🧪 Learning Science Through Hands-On Exploration! 🐔

Mrs. Wilson and her 7th grade science students rolled up their sleeves and dove into a hands-on learning experience with a chicken wing dissection! 🧤🔍

Students explored the structures of the muscular and skeletal systems, examining how muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones work together to help the body move. This interactive activity allowed students to connect what they’ve learned in the classroom to real-world anatomy while practicing observation, investigation, and critical-thinking skills.

We love seeing our students curious, engaged, and learning by doing! Way to go, 7th grade scientists! 👏🧬

💙💛 A Little Note to Say a BIG Thank You! 💛💙

In honor of National Principals Month, our 5th–8th grade students teamed up to spread a little kindness and a LOT of appreciation! 🥰 Students wrote sweet, encouraging sticky notes and placed them all around Mr. Jackson’s door as a special reminder that he is appreciated, valued, and making a difference every day!

Each note represents a little bit of gratitude from our students and a big reminder that the work he does does not go unnoticed. We hope these heartfelt messages brought a smile to his face and reminded him just how much our school and community appreciates him! 📝💙

Help us celebrate our amazing principal this month! Thank you for your leadership, dedication, and all you do for our students and staff. We appreciate you more than words (and sticky notes!) can say! 🥳👏
