🏃 𝟯 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗦𝗛 - 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟰

Only three weeks to go! 🎉 By now, you're building your endurance and getting closer to race day with every step.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸: Three sessions, 28 minutes each. Move up to 5 minutes jogging and 2 minutes walking. If five minutes feels like a stretch, stay at three. The plan is here to guide you, so listen to your body and move at a pace that feels right for you. 💙

One of the best things about the Decatur Dash is that there is no "right" way to do a 5K. Some will run, some will walk, and some will bring the whole family along. The important part is getting out there, having fun, and being part of a great morning for our community.
