Certification Training

Your first step is completing our 4-week virtual certification program conducted live via Zoom.

Training is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully service major national brands.

Choose One Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

During Training You’ll Receive

✔ Client Certification

100% attendance is required to successfully complete certification and qualify for client opportunities.

After Certification

Once certified, you’ll begin servicing live customer calls for one of our client partners.

Certified agents typically earn between $12.00–$14.50+ per hour, depending on the client program and performance qualifications.

Many experienced agents who consistently work 40 hours or more each week increase their earning potential through additional client opportunities and performance incentives.

This opportunity allows you to build valuable customer service experience while creating long-term income potential from home.

Dekalb County is offering FREE pet food to residents in need. If you’re experiencing a hardship that makes it difficult for you to care for your dog or cat, this event is for you. The free pet food is for Dekalb County residents only, and you may be asked to show proof of residency. Please bring an ID or utility bill with you.

The events are held at Dekalb County Animal Services (DCAS), located at:
3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Road
Chamblee, GA 30341

The Pet Food Pantry is held on the fourth Friday of each month, from noon to 2 p.m. The next event will be THIS Friday, October 23rd.
