Ayersville Community Natatorium

Our lifeguards teamed up with the Ayersville Fire Department (Highland Twp. Defiance, Ohio) last evening for hands-on, in-water training! 🌊

Together, they practiced rescue techniques and refreshed important skills to help keep our community safe. We’re grateful for the opportunity to train together and learn from one another!

We had a blast welcoming Hicksville Schools physics students back to the pool this morning for their annual Great Boat Race! 🚣‍♂️

Students teamed up to design and build their very own cardboard boats before putting their creations to the ultimate physics test: will it float? 😅

There were some impressive builds, plenty of teamwork, and lots of fun along the way. Great job to all of the students, and thanks for making a splash with us this morning!

If you haven’t visited the pool lately, take a look at what our maintenance supervisor, Mr. Maddock, accomplished before the school year began! 👀

He refreshed the boys’ lockers, painted the walls, and gave the hallway floor a fresh coat of paint.

Thank you, Mr. Maddock, for helping our facility look its best! 👏
