Official Argument Opposing Measure R | Residents For Fairness The Del Mar City Council has reviewed Measure R, heard testimony from our residents, and had our legal experts analyze the effects on our City. We are unanimous in our opposition to this measure and strongly recommend a “No” vote on Measure R.
