TRIM (Truth In Millage) Notices were recently mailed to all property owners in Volusia County. A PDF version is also available on our website at vcpa.vcgov.org, simply search our "Property Records" feature at the top of the homepage, then select the "TRIM Notice" tab located at the top of your property record card.

August marks TRIM Notice Season! TRIM stands for the “Truth In Millage" notice, and shows the value of your property, and the proposed taxes set by the taxing authorities. The TRIM Notice is NOT your property tax bill. Look for the 2025 TRIM Notice in your mailbox next week.
