While Teacher Appreciation Week gives us a special opportunity to recognize them, the truth is our educators deserve to feel celebrated, respected, and valued every single day.

I was proud to be at Beachside Elementary for the unveiling of a new book vending machine 📚

Thanks to Commissioner Ken Strickland, Family Health Source, and the Daytona Beach Kiwanis, students now have another meaningful way to get books in their hands.

Opportunities like this help build excitement around reading and support strong early literacy habits for our students. Grateful to be part of a community that continues to invest in children.
