We are proud to announce the ordering of our new truck, and our excitment to be working with Vengeant Apparatus. This will be our 1st out truck for many different incidents and replace our outgoing 2001 Freightliner truck. This new truck has been designed to make responses easier and safer with the reduced manpower that fire departments all across the country are facing today. It will also have the ability to perform many different roles on scene including pumping, auto accidents, vehicle fires, CO calls, etc. We will update with the finalized drawings and renderings once we have them

We would like to thank the community for all the support over the years that has allowed us to continue to improve and upgrade our equipment!

Please be aware that we will be assisting the School and other response agencies this afternoon with a mock accident scene. If you see or hear emergency vehicles responding to the school, it is a training event to encourage students to think about the consequences of driving distracted or impaired.

We wanted to take a moment to thank the dispatchers at Tazewell County 911 - TC3 for their hard work last night. With the storms that rolled through, they took the brunt trying to handle the 911 calls as well as handle all the communication with the responding agencies. As you can imagine, the airwaves got VERY busy for a while. Thank you for all you do!
