MIDTERM, STATE AND LOCAL ELECTIONS!
In our American democracy, there are NO OFF YEARS. Every year brings new opportunities for us to share our voices and make decisions about the future we want to create. Over the next several days, we will be sharing the top 6 reasons to tune in, get involved, and cast your ballot in 2026.
REASON #1: CRITICAL MIDTERMS, STATE AND LOCAL ELECTIONS
While presidential elections capture the national attention, midterms, local and state elections decide who manages your roads, schools, housing, and public safety.
Midterm elections determine congressional representation, state elections determine assembly and senate representatives, governor, and other state positions. Local elections have a direct impact on our communities—from school policies to infrastructure improvements and essential services—and voters must make their voices heard on these issues.
