Joe Angelino has sponsored numerous bills during his time in office. The majority of his sponsored legislation was voted down when it reached the floor of the House. It seems that he is unable – or unwilling – to work across the aisle to garner support.

Meanwhile, he’s voting against our best interests.

• Voted against a bill that would prohibit the use of surveillance pricing and the collection of data to facilitate the practice.

• Voted against establishing the New York Dignity in Pregnancy and Childbirth Act, which would require medical facilities that provide perinatal care to roll out an evidence-based implicit bias program for their healthcare providers and require the department of health to publish reports on maternal morbidity and pregnancy related deaths.

• Voted against providing restoration services that could help make a defendant legally capable of standing trial.

• Voted against the SUNNY Act, which would allow New Yorkers to utilize plug-in solar panels as a simple way to offset rising utility costs.

This November, vote for Vicki Davis for Assembly District 121. She listens and she will protect the freedoms of rural New Yorkers. She’s the best candidate to bring your concerns to Albany and you can be confident she’ll work with fellow Assembly members to protect and support our best interests.
