🧡 Help us fill local families’ holiday tables!

MDCS is collecting the holiday foods listed below, and we could use your help! Whether you donate a few pantry staples or a turkey, every contribution helps a neighbor enjoy a holiday meal.

Want to make it a team effort? Gather your coworkers, church, club, or friends and host a holiday food drive!

🛍️ Drop off donations Monday through Thursday, 9 AM–12 PM. (Other times can be arranged if need, just give us a call! 717-456-5559 or 410-452-9025)

Thank you for your generosity! We are honored to have been chosen to receive your donation!

Today we had the pleasure of presenting -Dixon Community Services, Inc. with a $925 donation from Broad Creek Manor.

During our 9-to-5 Party, we celebrated Dolly Parton not only for her music and fun spirit, but also for the way she has always believed in giving back. That became the inspiration behind our “What Would Dolly Do?” shirts - and behind BCM making a donation in that same spirit of generosity.

Our residents were given the special job of choosing which local organization would receive the donation, and they selected Mason-Dixon Community Services. We loved that choice because Mason-Dixon is right in our own backyard and supports people in our local community.

Today we were excited to officially present the $925 check and celebrate a little bit of what our Dolly Day was really about — having fun, giving back, and caring for others.

🎄 Could your family use a little extra help this holiday season?

Mason-Dixon Community Services is accepting applications for our Holiday Giving Program, but the deadline is coming up quickly!

To receive assistance, applicants must be an MDCS client (or willing to become one by completing a new client intake at our office) and must live in one of these communities:

Pennsylvania: Airville, Brogue, Delta, Fawn Grove, or New Park.

Maryland: Cardiff, Darlington, Dublin, Forest Hill, Jarrettsville, Norrisville, Pylesville, Street, White Hall, or Whiteford.
