Dear Friends and Supporters,

We've had quite a journey over the past few years, and we want to share some updates with you. As many of you know, our CEO Laura JF Powell has faced significant challenges due to a series of accidents that occurred within a short span. These accidents resulted in multiple concussions, delaying Laura's recovery and temporarily shifting our focus.

Despite these setbacks, we are thrilled to announce that Laura is back on her feet and The Fitch Foundation is ready to relaunch with renewed vigor! Our mission remains steadfast: to empower veterans by getting them out and about, engaged in positive activities within their communities and families.

At The Fitch Foundation, we believe in the healing power of natural activities, sunlight, and the camaraderie of fellow veterans. We are committed to helping veterans get off the couch and reconnect with life in meaningful ways.

We are also excited to unveil our new website FitchVets.org, where you can learn more about our programs and how you can get involved. Your patience and understanding during these challenging times have meant the world to us. We couldn't have gotten to this point without your unwavering support.

It's about time!

Court rules VA must pay veterans' ER bills at non-VA hospitals "All of this is unacceptable," said an appeals court in a decision that plaintiffs' attorneys say may yield up to $6.5 billion for veterans.

TFF is pleased to announce that one of our adaptive athletes, Bobby 'Boog' Powell is in his second week of training for the Springtime "Bone Frog" mud run in Virginia Beach, VA.
As many of you know, Boog completed a 220 mile swim this summer from the Pentagon to the USS Wisconsin in downtown Norfolk. Boog is dedicated to bringing more awareness to PTSD and su***de awareness/prevention.
