Your FBI is working with our partners to crush violent crime and target those spreading deadly drugs. This is some of what FBI Denver and our task force officers seized last week in Aurora:
• 7.5 ounces of fentanyl powder (210 grams)
• 22,225 fentanyl pills (2.2 kilos)
• $6,000

SAC Koldjeski welcomed participants to a tabletop exercise that prepares local, state & federal partners for a response to a radiological or nuclear incident. In addition to FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation, event sponsors were Colorado State University, National Nuclear Security Administration and U.S. Department of Energy. Preparing together ensures we will be ready when the call comes to take action to keep our communities safe.
"Trainings like these help us identify the gaps, and they help us work out the kinks. They allow us to understand the resources and processes each of us as stakeholders brings to the table," she said. "And ultimately, they help us work better together to protect and support our community."

FBI Denver will host a free, 2-day FBI Collegiate Academy in Denver on July 24 and 31. This is a chance for incoming freshmen and anyone enrolled in undergrad or graduate programs to get hands-on experience with some of the many things the FBI does. Today FBI Denver honored the lives of our fallen heroes with our Wall of Honor ceremony, where we remember all of the FBI employees who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to the Bureau. Special Agent in Charge Amanda Koldjeski was among those who spoke to the staff, retired employees and guests in attendance: "Our goal every day is to do our jobs with honor, integrity and dedication, and then to go home. We all understand what it means when that doesn’t happen."

FBI Denver joined Buckley Space Force Base for a ruck march in honor of . Together we honor fallen officers and celebrate the commitment of those who serve by putting their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe. Our partnership reflects the shared values and mission that unites our organizations.
This is a week where we take time to honor and pay tribute to the sacrifices made by law enforcement officers. These brave men and women put the badge on every day -- not knowing whether they’ll make it home.

This man was part of a month-long metro Denver crime spree that hit convenience stores in Broomfield, Westminster, Federal Heights, Thornton, Denver & Aurora. A missing child prompts immediate law enforcement response. Today, FBI Denver joined more than 20 local partners at the Westminster Police Department as the North Central Colorado Regional Child Abduction Response Team received national certification from the Department of Justice. This recognition helps us continue this crucial mission and highlights the importance of the ongoing collaboration across Colorado agencies to enhance regional readiness to safely recover missing children.
