On February 12, 2005, while climbing in the Andes, expert mountaineer Ricardo Peña discovered the coat and documents of 1972 Andes Crash Survivor Eduardo Strauch, which had lain there for 33 years. This discovery led to an incredible friendship and bond between the two men who now mount an annual expedition together to the Valley of Tears, site of the incredible survival story of the 16 young men
