I just don't understand people some times.

Pennsylvania Father Pleads Guilty to Subjecting 12-Year-Old Son to Fatal 'State of Perpetual Suffering' A 12-year-old boy lived in filth with no light, almost no furniture, and even his father was only a dad in name only. Now the adult has pleaded guilty to imprisoning this child in a room, killing the boy through prolific abuse.

After several attempt to change direction, the time has finally come. As of December 18, 2021, I (Thomas Nellessen) will be resigning from my duties as a parenting time supervisor at TJN Supervision Specialists. I will leave the supervising of parenting time and the day-to-day running of the business in the very capable hands of Co-Director, Therese Nellessen and Assistant Director/Lead Supervisor Jessica Maruniak. These two amazing people have been handing the business for the last couple of years as I have been trying to separate myself from active participation here at TJN Supervision. Since their involvement, Therese and Jessica have expanded TJN Supervision Specialists in both size and range. They have increased the number of parenting time supervisors to better suit area needs, and they have pushed our coverage area into the Northern Colorado. Currently, TJN Supervision Specialists' coverage area goes from South of Castle Rock, Colorado to the Northern cities of Greeley and Fort Collins. The expansion ideas were not som**hing that I was comfortable doing; however, Jessica and Therese have made it a smooth transition. And, if the need is there, Therese and Jessica will expand further to better assist families throughout the front range.

Now for myself, after 30 plus years of working with children going through difficult times in both my legal business and for the last 25 years with TJN Supervision Specialists, it is bittersweet leaving my active participation with TJN Supervision. It is difficult because of the number of children and families that I have assisted over the last 30 years (approximately 1200 children). When you work with a family in distress, and you are able to watch the children in that family prosper as they go through life, you can only hope that you made a difference for that child and family. With Therese and Jessica leading the team from this point forward, I know that TJN Supervision Specialists will continue making a positive difference in people's lives.

On the other side of things, leaving my active participation in TJN Supervision will free up some much needed time to further develop my legal ambitions and will assist in getting some other projects off the ground. Currently, these other projects have been held in abeyance due to the additional time constraints that supervising parenting time sessions has placed on me. Without these additional time constraints I will be able to accelerate my ability to develop these projects. This has been a long time in waiting, but the waiting has been worth it.

On December 18, 2021 it will be good-bye, but I will not be too far away. I look forward to watching TJN Supervision Specialists continue to grow, and I look forward to hearing from all of you in the future.
