Congratulations to our David Jarboe on being recognized by Colorado Association of School Executives with the 2026 CALET Dan Maas Technology Leadership Award!
"David Jarboe, Director of Instructional Technology and STEAM, for Harrison School District 2, has been named the recipient of the 2026 CALET Dan Maas Technology Leadership Award. This honor recognizes his visionary leadership and commitment to educational technology in Colorado.
Jarboe has been deeply involved in CALET, serving on the board, including President-elect (2023-2024), President (2024-2025, and currently as Past President (2025-2026). He has been a board member since 2020 and has offered support for educators with his innovative tools and strategies.
His commitment to advancing educational technology extends beyond his work with Colorado Association of Leaders in Educational Technology (CALET) and Colorado Association of School Executives (CASE). He holds the Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) credential from Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) and is also a Certified Cybersecurity Rubric Evaluator (CCRE). Jarboe has served as Co-Chair of CoSN’s Edtech Innovation Committee and as a member of its Driving K-12 Innovation Advisory Board. His outstanding contributions to the field have earned him induction into CoSN’s Volunteer Hall of Fame for two consecutive years.
CASE is honored to present this award to Jarboe for all of the work he has done and continues to do in support of Colorado Educators."

Free Generation Wild Kits for Your Classroom! Help your students "take their brains out" this summer with a fun classroom opportunity from Generation Wild. They are offering free kits to help kids spend time outdoors during the break. Each kit includes "100 Things to Do Outside Before You’re 12" checklists, stickers, and a local artist poster series for the classroom. Materials will be delivered directly to your room in late April—all you have to do is distribute them to your students before the final bell! Quantities are limited, so if you’d like free kits for your class, fill out this form by March 20, 2026.
