DEVO offers City and County of Denver employees a unique opportunity to work on non-government, community based activities and projects.
DEVO connects City employees with local volunteering opportunities to encourage engagement in the community outside of working hours. Our largest project is Paint-A-Thon; we partner with Brothers Redevelopment Inc. to paint the homes of elderly and disabled Denver residents. Our Story
DEVO connects City employees with local volunteering opportunities to encourage engagement in the community outside of working hours. One of our largest projects is Paint-A-Thon; we partner with Brothers Redevelopment Inc. to paint the homes of elderly and disabled Denver residents. We have contributed 10,813 volunteer hours to this project, equivalent to $225,000.
Over the past year we have added numerous events to promote within our City departments, capturing a diverse range of interests and opportunities to enable each Denver employee to get plugged in to volunteering that will work for them.
