Join 3PA for Our Annual Platt Park Cleanup Day on Saturday, May 2 @ 9:00am. Help beautify the neighborhood at our annual Platt Park Neighborhood Cleanup. We’ll meet as a group in Platt Park to kickstart the morning with coffee and , and then walk throughout the park and neighborhood to clean up trash and litter from the streets. Even though a clean neighborhood is its own reward, we’ll also have prizes to give away!

Trader Joe's Is Planning a Location in Platt Park for 2026 Trader Joe's has applied for an alcohol license, and will come to Platt Park as part of a retail/residential space in 2026.

Representatives from the NWSL’s Denver Summit FC, Denver’s new professional women’s soccer team, have offered to meet with 3PA members and Platt Park residents regarding the proposed professional women’s soccer stadium at the former Gates Rubber Factory site.

They will present on the proposed rezoning for the stadium, along with important neighborhood issues such as mobility, programming, and other components related to the proposed stadium. This will be a great opportunity to engage with the team and ask any questions about the rezoning and construction process.

We will hold a virtual 3PA meeting with the team representatives on Zoom tomorrow, Tuesday, August 19th at 6:00pm.

3PA is moving to a new meeting location! Starting with our upcoming meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15th, 2025, we will be holding our quarterly public meetings at the Cameron United Methodist Church at the corner of Pearl and Iowa. We will meet in the main sanctuary of the church, please enter through the doors near the intersection of Pearl and Iowa. An accessible entrance is available via a ramp that can easily be accessed from the rear of the church.

If you are unable to attend in person, the meeting will also be streamed via Zoom!
