Although I have given Jack credit where it has been due in the past, Tom Sullivan is far and away the better candidate based on the issues that the people of SD27 care about. Tom is motivated by justice for all. He and Terry have paid a price no family should have to pay (his child was murdered in the Aurora Theater).
