We are truly saddened by the US Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade and the loss of the constitutional right to make decisions about our own bodies.

Here in Colorado, thanks to the passage of HB22-1279 this year, every individual has a fundamental right to use or refuse contraception; every pregnant individual has a fundamental right to continue the pregnancy and give birth or to have an abortion; and a fertilized egg, embryo, or fetus does not have independent or derivative rights under the laws of the state.

However, that is not the case in many other states throughout the country.

We love you all and wish you rest and hope amidst this threat to personal autonomy. If anyone needs support during this difficult time, please don’t hesitate to reach out. ❤️
