SDA Leadership Academy Kick-Off Meeting!

We are pleased to announce the successful launch of the 2025 SDA Leadership Academy, featuring an impactful session led by Nick Kittle on Leadership Innovation.

Nick’s presentation provided valuable insights into how leaders can foster innovation, adapt to change, and drive lasting impact within their organizations. His approach to leadership emphasized the importance of creativity, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.

This session marked the beginning of an exciting journey for our leaders, equipping them with the mindset and skills to lead with purpose and vision.

The first Leadership Academy meeting of 2023 took place yesterday afternoon in Westminster!

Calling all Special District Association of Colorado members to submit their application for the 2021 SDA Leadership Academy! This class fills up quickly so don't miss your chance to be a part of this unique, year-long program that is scheduled to kick-off in mid-February 2021!

The Leadership Academy features a variety of leadership professionals discussing issues centered around personal and professional development. As a Leadership Academy Fellow, you will have the opportunity to participate in at least four events throughout the year plus a Leadership Breakfast or Lunch at the SDA Annual Conference in Keystone in September.
