In case you missed it, our Veterans Services team was featured on 9NEWS (KUSA) this Memorial Day 🇺🇸 , sharing important resources Denver veterans may not know about. Hear from our very own, Mark Garcia and Royce Hale, as they highlight the Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) benefit—an important resource for families of fallen service members.
You’ll also catch a glimpse of our monthly Coffee with a Vet event, held every second Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Volunteers of America Bill Daniels Veteran Services Center. Veterans can stop by for coffee, donuts, and helpful resources from DHS and community partners.
