Great asset to West Cocalico Township!!

Reinholds Community Ambulance Association is proud to announce a new partnership with Ephrata Community Ambulance Association to bring Advanced Life Support (ALS) services directly to our station and the communities we serve.

Beginning October 1st, Ephrata Community Ambulance will staff Medic 1-90 out of the Reinholds Ambulance station.

This partnership means an ALS unit and paramedic crew will be based right here in Reinholds, helping provide quicker access to advanced prehospital care when our community needs it most.

Our organizations share the same goal: providing the highest level of emergency medical care possible to the residents and communities we serve. By working together and combining the strengths of both organizations, we believe this partnership will strengthen EMS coverage throughout our area.

We are excited to welcome Medic 1-90 and the Ephrata Community Ambulance team to Reinholds and look forward to working side-by-side serving our communities.

Last night Life Member Robert Hackman answered his last call on Brush 19. We would like to send out a huge thank you to Police Officers Cook, Johnson, Davis, Adams, and Lockhart at the Ephrata Police Department for blocking intersections and escorting us to our Station where the house siren was activated and then to the church. Also thank you to Station 17 (Reamstown) and Station 11 (Adamstown) for setting up the ladder arch at the church, Station 13 (Denver) for providing a crew at our Station with Engine 13 to cover calls. Lastly, we would like to thank all our neighboring mutual aid departments who came out to pay their respects. Bob will be missed by many!
