Please join us in congratulating Erin Burk-Leaver! 💜

On October 8, our Director of Community Engagement received the Kenneth Greenberg Excellence in HIV Award at Vivent Health's “Make a Promise” event. The award recognizes people who have made a lasting impact on HIV advocacy, care, and treatment in Colorado.

More people living with HIV are growing older than ever before, and Erin saw early on that they’d need more than medical care alone. Her work has built programs like PATH 2 Wellness and the iCHANGE Project, and it has made CHN a national model for supporting long-term survivors and older adults living with HIV.

“I’m honored to receive this award, but this work has never been about one person,” Erin said. “It belongs to our clients, especially the long-term survivors who paved the way.”

We’ve found a new home! Starting October 9, our Syringe Access Program is open Fridays from 11 am to 3 pm at Diversus Health at 875 W Moreno Ave in Colorado Springs.

Stop by for free harm reduction supplies, naloxone, and a friendly face from our team. No judgment, no pressure, just support.

Thank you for your patience while we worked with community partners to find a time and place that works for everyone. Like many community programs, our services were affected by recent federal funding cuts, and we’re grateful to keep showing up for Colorado Springs.

Join Colorado Health Network and Crazy Love Africa at 's Nightclub Denver for an evening of community, connection, conversation, and fun! 🧡

Common Ground Social brings together folx who care about HIV, health, and our shared world. Come with friends, meet new ones, grab a drink, enjoy some food, and learn how HIV is impacting communities right here in Colorado and across the globe in Uganda.

CHN will share about the current state of HIV in Colorado, including prevention, services, and resources. Crazy Love Africa will share about the state of HIV in Uganda and the experiences of women and families living with and affected by HIV.
