🎷🎸🎙️ Meet , a community driven live music venue, neighborhood bar and restaurant located in the Baker neighborhood on South Broadway. They offer live music featuring local artists along with sport watch parties, jazz nights and community-focused events.

With support from Denver Economic Development & Opportunity’s Business Facade Improvement Grant, they were able to install new front windows, a new front entrance, garage-style patio doors and a new patio fence that significantly improved the functionality and appearance of the property.

The owner shared, “As small business owners who personally invested heavily into building Bar 404, this support helped us continue improving the business while contributing to the ongoing growth and revitalization of the Baker neighborhood and South Broadway corridor.”

Denver Economic Development & Opportunity, in partnership with , is accepting applications for the BUILD (Business Investments, Loans and Development) Denver program, a new program offering affordable loans to undercapitalized Denver small businesses. 
 
This program will support eligible small businesses with:

• Affordable loan products at a subsidized interest rate currently set at 4.99%
• Loan amounts ranging from $10,000–$350,000
• Available business coaching focused on loan readiness
• Application assistance and support throughout the life of the loan
