Foreclosure activity is rising across metro Denver, and Colorado Housing Connects is seeing the impact firsthand.

Foreclosure-related calls to Colorado Housing Connects are up 44% so far this year. CHC Program Director Patrick Noonan recently spoke with BusinessDen about what homeowners are experiencing as foreclosure filings increase across the region.

The increase reflects the growing financial pressure many homeowners are facing and the importance of understanding what’s driving these trends.
