As fall has once again arrived, we are asking for assistance from the public to get the pool cover on at the community pool for the winter season.

We are planning on 4pm next Monday, October 5. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please be advised fifth Avenue is closed from Y street to S Chestnut Street until further notice. West Penn has given a 72 hour estimate to arrive to address the downed lines so our crews can then safely remove the tree. Thank you for your patience and thank you to all of our first responders.

Derry Borough Street Sweeping Schedule Spring 2026

Tuesday 4/14: Route 217, N. Chestnut Street and the 1st Ward
Wednesday 4/15: Business Loop and the 2nd Ward
Thursday 4/16: 3rd Ward and 4th Ward

Please move vehicles off the street where possible and use caution around crews while work is underway. Thank you for your cooperation.
