Huge shout out to Mark at M & M Repair!! One of our refrigerators stopped working last week. Mark found a new compressor at a reasonable price (well a reasonable priced for compressors) and had the new compressor installed in just a few days time! It is so important to have all of our refrigerators working! We appreciate M & M Repair's speedy service!

It is National Apple Month! And they are available in our Produce & Bread room daily!
Ever heard the saying that an apple a day keeps the doctor away? Well, apples are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and essential nutrients that support various aspects of health, including heart health, blood sugar control, and digestion. They contain polyphenols that may help reduce inflammation and lower the risk of chronic diseases. Their low glycemic index means they can help manage blood sugar levels. And they are delicious!! Sounds like we should all be eating more apples.
