RedFin Bob 🎣 | Veterans Making Waves 🇺🇸
I had the opportunity to sit down with Chris Carter, Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® member and one of the founding members of Soldiers on the Water, to talk about the mission behind this incredible event and why giving back to our veterans matters.
Through American Drone Team, we donated our time, equipment, and aeria7l services to help capture the day from a perspective you just can’t get from the ground.
For me, this is where RedFin Bob, Veterans Making Waves, and American Drone Team all come together—using what we have, doing what we love, and giving something back to those who served.
The footage is amazing, but the people and the mission behind Soldiers on the Water are what really tell the story.

Turns out Reel Trouble Lisa has another hidden talent—harvesting some serious LIQUID GOLD, BABY! 🐝🍯

RedFin Bob may spend his time chasing fish, but today we’re trading the water for the honey harvest. There’s something pretty awesome about pulling fresh honey straight from the hive and seeing all that work turn into pure liquid gold.

Fishing, riding, veterans, adventures—and apparently beekeeping too. You never quite know what you’re going to get around here. 😂

**WHY WOULD SOMEONE DONATE THEIR BOAT, THEIR FUEL, AND THEIR TIME TO TAKE VETERANS OUT FOR THE DAY? 🇺🇸**

Meet Captain Dave Heath of **I’m Hooked II**.

This past weekend, Captain Dave donated his boat and his time to **Soldiers on the Water**, and I wanted to give him a chance to tell you, in his own words, **why he does it.**

American Drone Team also donated the day to support the event, but for me, this is bigger than any business.

This is what **Veterans Making Waves** is about.

Getting veterans together. Getting them back on the water. Building connections. Finding purpose. Laughing. Talking. And sometimes just enjoying a day where nothing else matters.

Veterans taking care of veterans.

That's the mission.

This past weekend was about a lot more than fishing.

We had the privilege of spending the day aboard **I’m Hooked II with veteran Captain Dave Heath** as part of the **Soldiers on the Water** event.

For me, this is exactly what **Veterans Making Waves** is all about.

Veterans getting back on the water. Reconnecting. Sharing stories. Laughing. Fishing. And finding some of that camaraderie that many of us still miss long after the uniform comes off.

Captain Dave understands that connection firsthand as a veteran himself, and being aboard I’m Hooked II made this weekend even more meaningful.

A huge thank-you to **Soldiers on the Water**, Captain Dave, the other captains, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who gave their time and resources to make this experience possible for our veterans.

Sometimes it’s more than fishing.

Sometimes a day on the water is exactly what someone needs.
