Hope, our Economic Development Director, works closely with both Detroit Lakes Public Utilities and the City of Detroit Lakes to support growth and development in our community.

Kelcey, our City Administrator, may not technically be a Public Utilities employee, but he is an important part of our team! DLPU works closely with Kelcey and the City on infrastructure, community projects, and planning for the future.
