This is terrible ! This place is amazing - Detroit is losing so many historical properties so fast - you can’t rebuild anything today the way these historical architectural gems were made - Detroit needs to do better helping property owners who are desperately trying to save these types of properties and create amazing public use spaces in them - it’s good for Detroiters , It’s good for tourism , and tourism is good for city coffers - hopefully more politicians and entrepreneurs will see the value as well ….
