Why are we so amazing in God's eyes yet we struggle to see such beauty within ourselves. Society, social media, negative energy can ALL add to the dimming of our meant to be BRIGHT LIGHT. Truth is the dimming begins within. Expand your mind and pour into yourself in ways you envision your mate should. Provide that love, affection in yourself FIRST.

We get so caught up in the many many hats we wear; Sister, CEO, Mother, entrepreneur, employee…Human. At the end of the day when all those hats come off, the calm comes I ask you: what do you have left for yourself?

Pouring into yourself looks different for everyone. Celebrate the small just as much as the big. Get ice cream, mani pedi, thirty minutes to an hour a day for you and ONLY YOU.

Communicate with your village, take time for yourself with yourself while ensuring your sanity remains in tact. Asserting yourself that you are ready to take on the world with your many hats.
