The Federation of Youth Services works to empower youth ages 16-20 aging out of Foster Care, who have experienced abuse and neglect.

FYS provides resources and support while youth work toward gaining Housing, Employment, and Independence!

The Federation of Youth Services is looking to develop a career forum our youth. The forum will consist of 1 hour presentations related to particular careers, or business owner, who can discuss how they became interested in starting their business. This series of talks will occur bi-weekly on Thursday evenings (approx. between 5-8). If you are interested, please email me at [email protected]

The Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations at the agency including payroll and database operations. Computer knowledge and organizational skills required.

Must have Associates Degree or equivalent hours (60 hours)

Youth Advocates - High School Diploma required. Some experience working with Adolescents preferred. Youth Advocates provide daily guidance and support to youth learning skills to enhance their independence.

Salary starts at $11.00/hr but is based on experience in the field. Full benefits available for full-time employees.
