Hey all- As many of you might know we had a hot water line pex connection fail on the 3rd floor early this morning. This failure in turn set off the fire alarm system We are on site now repairing the line and will have the hot water back up presently. As unsettling as it is having a fire alarm go off, we are grateful that it was not an actual fire. Apologies for any and all inconvenience. FA

It's the little things in life...October 26, 2009 our first 30 yard construction dumpster arrived at the Forest Arms..This evening, Mr. Session drops off our new residential dumpster, the first since them.
