McKinney states that the policy would also ensure 40% of the capacity in a community solar program is reserved for low-income families and service organizations.

US SUPREME COURTS UNANIMOUSLY SIDES WITH AG DANA NESSEL, stopping Enbridge's attempt to move Enbridge Line 5 lawsuit to federal court. The case over Enbridge's 73 year old pipeline Line 5 which threatens the Great Lakes everyday will remain in Michigan!!
