🐾💙 SUPER COUGARS IN ACTION! 💙🐾

Our little Carleton Cougars are learning how to be their very best through the Nickelodeon SUPER U Challenge! 🌟💪

Our scholars participated in exciting activities designed to build teamwork, cooperation, confidence, and positive character. They learned that being your best self means encouraging others, working together, making positive choices, and discovering the SUPER qualities within themselves! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️✨

At Carleton Elementary, we are committed to helping our scholars become tomorrow’s leaders today by developing the skills they need to shine both inside and outside the classroom! 🌈🐾

🥐☕ A SWEET SUCCESS at Carleton Elementary! ☕🥐

Our first Pastries with Dr. Pitts was a wonderful success! 💙💛 We loved welcoming our Carleton families for a morning of conversation, connection, and community. Parents had the opportunity to ask questions, share their thoughts, and receive the latest updates on all the exciting things happening at Carleton Elementary!

At Carleton, we believe that strong partnerships between our school and families help our scholars thrive. When we work together, communicate openly, and stay connected, we continue building a brighter future for our students! 🌟

And guess what? This is just the beginning! 🎉 Pastries with Dr. Pitts will be back, and we would love to see even more of our Carleton families at our next meeting!

📣 Parents, mark your calendars for our next gathering and join us at the school! Come enjoy a pastry, ask questions, get updates, and stay connected with everything happening at Carleton.

Together, we are creating tomorrow's leaders today! 💙💛

🇺🇸📜 OUR LITTLE LEARNERS ARE ALREADY LEADING THE WAY! 📜🇺🇸

Our wonderful Carleton Kindergarteners celebrated Constitution Day with a hands-on learning experience! After learning about the purpose of a constitution and why rules and agreements help communities work together, our young scholars put their knowledge into action by creating and signing their very own classroom Constitution! ✍️⭐

📚 A Little History:
On September 17, 1787, delegates meeting in Philadelphia signed the United States Constitution. This important document established the framework for the U.S. government and helped establish how our country would be governed. September 17 is now recognized as Constitution Day and Citizenship Day.

Our Kindergarteners took inspiration from this important moment in history and created their own set of classroom promises and expectations. Then came the BIG moment—they proudly signed their names, just like the delegates did in 1787! 🖊️🇺🇸

What a wonderful way to connect history, citizenship, responsibility, and leadership to the everyday lives of our youngest Cougars! 🐾💙💛

Today’s Kindergarten scholars… tomorrow’s leaders! 🌟

🏫✨ What an AMAZING Open House at Carleton Elementary! ✨🏫

Our halls were filled with excitement, smiles, and so much Carleton pride! 💙

We loved welcoming our families into our school community as parents and guardians had the opportunity to meet our incredible staff and step inside the classrooms where our scholars spend their days learning, growing, creating, and having FUN! 📚🎨🧠🎶

From the classroom to the hallways, it was wonderful to see our families connecting with the educators who work each day to help our scholars discover their strengths, build confidence, and become tomorrow's leaders today. 🌟

At Carleton Elementary, we know that when schools and families work together, our scholars thrive! ❤️

Thank you to all of our families who came out, connected with us, and made our Open House such a special evening! We are excited for an incredible school year filled with learning, leadership, creativity, and growth! 🚀📖✨

🏫✨ WELCOME TO OPEN HOUSE! ✨🏫

Our school community is coming together to open our doors and welcome our wonderful families! 💙

Open House is a special opportunity for parents and families to meet their child’s teachers, explore our amazing classrooms, and see firsthand the incredible learning and growth happening every day. 📚🌟

As we welcome our families into our school, we are excited to share how we are living out our mission of “Creating Tomorrow’s Leaders Today!” 🌎⭐

Through our Leader in Me journey, our scholars are learning that leadership starts with the choices they make every day. From being proactive and putting first things first to thinking win-win, seeking to understand, synergizing, and sharpening the saw, our students are developing habits that help them become confident learners and future leaders. 💪🏽🧠❤️

We are so proud of the strong partnership between our teachers, families, and scholars. Together, we are creating a school community where every child has the opportunity to learn, lead, grow, and shine! ✨

🎉 Welcome, Families! We are so excited to have you here!

🤸‍♀️💙 BALANCING INTO A GREAT YEAR! 💙🤸‍♂️

Our amazing kindergarteners are learning that staying healthy can be SO MUCH FUN! 🎉

This week in Gym, our little movers and shakers are working toward their target goals of balance, coordination, body control, and confidence but they’re doing it in some exciting new ways! ⭐

From carefully walking across the balance beam to trying out silly Frankenstein Feet balance walks 🧟‍♂️🦶, our kindergarteners are strengthening their bodies while building confidence, focus, and determination.

A BIG shoutout to Mrs. Dokeck for working extra hard this school year to make learning about physical health engaging, exciting, and fun in new ways! 👏💪

We love seeing our students challenge themselves, try something new, and celebrate their progress along the way! 🌟

Different ways to learn… same goal: HEALTHY, HAPPY, CONFIDENT KIDS! 💙🎉
