North Dakota's Voter ID law applies to absentee voting.

You must provide valid ID information when applying for an absentee ballot. Valid forms of ID include a North Dakota driver's license, North Dakota non-driver ID, Tribal ID or Tribal letter, or long term care certificate.

📣WEED CUTTING & RIGHT‑OF‑WAY MAINTENANCE NOTICE📣
Landowners with property adjacent to county roads must complete w**d cutting and remove hay bales from county right‑of‑way by October 5, 2026.

Requirements include:

• Maximum stubble height: 5 inches
• Minimum cut width: 6 feet from roadway edge
• No windrows of cut grass or w**ds left in the right‑of‑way
• Any windrow produced by a swather must be removed from the roadway surface
