A special shout-out to Dickinson High School seniors Britten Kern and Hannah Bozovsky for their commitment to serving our country!

Both spent part of their summer completing U.S. Army Basic Training. Hannah completed her training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, before returning to DHS, where she has stepped into a leadership role as captain of the Dickinson High Girls Swim & Dive team.

Britten completed Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Following graduation and completion of Advanced Individual Training (AIT), he is on track to serve as a Military Police (MP) soldier with the 816th in Dickinson.

Congratulations to Britten and Hannah on these impressive accomplishments and the dedication they have shown while completing their senior year at DHS! 🧡

Dickinson Public Schools would like to congratulate the 10 students who have successfully passed their Class A CDL test! Earning this industry-recognized credential while still in high school is an impressive accomplishment and reflects their hard work and dedication.

Through Southwest Area CTE Academy's Intro to CDL program, students gain real-world experience through classroom instruction, commercial driving simulators, hands-on vehicle operation, and supervised driving.

We are proud to celebrate these students and the opportunities SWCTE provides to help students build valuable skills, earn credentials, and prepare for careers beyond high school.

Congratulations on this outstanding achievement!
