On Thursday, October 15, Mt. Tipton Elementary came together for a very special moment—the dedication of our new Buddy Bench. 🖤💛🐾
A Buddy Bench is more than just a place to sit. It gives a student who may be feeling lonely, left out, or simply looking for someone to play or talk with a way to quietly say, “I could use a friend.”
For our Panthers, it carries an important responsibility: notice others, include others, and reach out. When we see someone sitting on the Buddy Bench, we have an opportunity to show empathy and make sure every Panther knows they belong.
We are incredibly grateful to VFW Post 9833 of Dolan Springs for partnering with Mt. Tipton and helping make this meaningful addition to our campus possible. 🇺🇸 Their continued support of our students and school community is deeply appreciated.
We hope this bench becomes a place where new friendships begin and every student is reminded of something we want all Panthers to know:
A place to find a friend.
A reminder that no Panther stands alone. 🐾
That’s what it means to be Rooted in Panther PRIDE. 🖤💛
