We’re continuing by highlighting the dedicated individuals behind the work that keeps our organization strong.

👋 Meet Rodolfo Portilla, Technology Support Manager and proud member of Team Doral. Through his role in the Information Technology Department, Rodolfo helps ensure the City’s technology infrastructure remains reliable, functional, and up to date so employees across every department have the tools they need to serve residents effectively.

From supporting users across the organization to maintaining the systems, equipment, and programs that keep daily operations running smoothly, Rodolfo plays a critical role behind the scenes in helping the City deliver excellent service to our community.

As both a City employee and Doral resident, Rodolfo says serving this community is especially meaningful because he gets to see firsthand how the work being done helps make Doral one of the best places to live, work, invest, learn, and play.

He believes what sets the City of Doral apart is its strong sense of teamwork, innovation, and shared purpose, with everyone working toward the same goal of making a positive impact for residents, businesses, and visitors.
