Once your tax return has been successfully filed and accepted, the processing of your refund is handled entirely by the IRS. At that point, there is nothing your tax preparer can do to speed up the process or provide a deposit date before the IRS releases one.

Please keep the following in mind:

• We cannot speed up IRS processing times.
• We cannot see your refund date until the IRS provides one.
• Once a date appears, you will be notified immediately.
• The process is the same each year and requires patience while the IRS completes their review.

If you receive any official letter or notice from the IRS, please contact us so we can review it together and take the proper steps.

We kindly ask that clients avoid contacting us daily for refund updates, as it will not change the IRS processing timeline. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated while the process works as designed.
