Every industry in any kind of emergency services deal with demons. Any number of suicides above 0 is too many - in any industry.

It’s not a competition. It’s not “admin’s fault”
- it’s acting like an irritable to others .
-It’s blaming others for your unhappiness and being a jerk until everyone is as miserable as you.
-It’s bullying that new person.
-It’s not recognizing the senior person has suddenly become quiet and withdrawn.

It’s an EVERYONE problem. All of us. Normalize asking for help. Make it ok to need to talk.

Sometimes it isn’t about work at all. It’s life. Sometimes it is about work. The screams, the crying, the begging for help that won’t get there in time. It builds up.

Give grace. Ask someone in a whisper “are you ok?”
