MEGA-STEEL: Trump announces $15 billion Iowa steel plant, the largest ever built in the United States.

The facility, built by Mesabi Metallics, is expected to produce 7.5 million tons of steel annually in its first phase — output equivalent to roughly one-tenth of the entire U.S. steel industry's production last year. The White House also says it will create 1,750 new permanent jobs in Iowa.
