💙 Celebrating Principal Michal Sims 💙
This October, the Douglas County High School community is proud to celebrate Principal Michal Sims during Principal Appreciation Month.
To our students, staff, families, and school community, Principal Sims represents so much more than a title. She is a leader who shows up, listens, encourages, supports, and continually works to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
We are grateful for the time, energy, and heart she pours into Douglas County High School each day. From celebrating student accomplishments to supporting our staff and strengthening our school community, her leadership makes a meaningful difference.
Principal Sims, thank you for believing in our students, championing our staff, partnering with our families, and leading our school with purpose and care.
Today, and throughout Principal Appreciation Month, we celebrate YOU and the positive impact you make on our school community.
Please join us in showing Principal Sims some love and appreciation in the comments! 👏💙
We appreciate you, Principal Sims!
