CASE OVERVIEW - Delmarva Power & Light Company has filed an application with the Delaware Public Service Commission for an increase in electric base rates and proposed changes to its electric tariff.

ABOUT PUBLIC COMMENT - A public comment session gives utility customers and interested stakeholders an opportunity to provide remarks about a utility application directly to a PSC Hearing Examiner. Comments are compiled and summarized in a report to the Commission at the conclusion of the evidentiary process.

This is not a question-and-answer period with the utility or other parties to the case. Commissioners are not required to attend, but may attend to observe the session.
