What a fantastic few weeks we’ve had at the Senior Center! We’ve been staying busy with some incredible activities, and we love seeing such amazing turnouts for everything we do.

Here is a quick look at what we’ve been up to lately:
• We headed over to Hooper’s for a fun day of bowling followed by a delicious lunch together. It'll be back on the calendar in December if you would like to join in some friendly competition!
• We got creative and made some festive Halloween crafts to gear up for the holiday as well as hosted Halloween trivia.
• We took a trip to Fort Donelson to enjoy one of our favorite local areas. We had a beautiful picnic while a park ranger stopped by to give us a wonderful talk on the history of the battlefield. A beautiful bald eagle flew by!
• Our classic Bingo game had an extra special twist last week—I stepped up to call Bingo for the very first time! You all kept me on my toes, but I am thankful for the turn out! Come by next week for more bingo and win some prizes!

We have so much more fun planned, so stay tuned for what's coming up next and of course, thank you for those who showed up!

Join us tomorrow morning for an exciting day of health wellness and community fun! Miss Hendrix from Murray Calloway County Hospital will be visiting our center to provide free health screenings (blood pressure and pulmonary function). If you are interested come on by and stay for bingo and potluck!

October is officially here, and the Senior Center is buzzing with the colors and comforts of fall. As the leaves begin to turn, it is a wonderful time to bundle up, step outside, and enjoy the rich lineup of activities we have planned just for you this month.

Whether you are jumping on the bus for a road trip, joining us for a warm meal, or crafting something festive, we cannot wait to share this beautiful autumn month with you.

Our crafty crew has been busy getting ready for the new season, and we are completely in love with how these adorable handmade pumpkins turned out!
