BOP has created yet another “initiative”, (Safe inside). 27 years in my career I think every six months there was a new initiative initiated either by regional or national. What “initiative “ you remember? Good or Bad.
I’ll start; EMS we wasted so much money/time on this program and now it’s not even being used in the agency.
