Congratulations to the graduates of DSRSD’s 2026 Citizens Water Academy! Over the past month, participants learned how our community gets its water; toured DSRSD’s wastewater treatment plant, recycled water facility, and lab; and spoke with DSRSD staff experts about District services, governance, and priorities.
