School is out and summer is here! As families head outside to enjoy community parks, DSRSD is proud to help keep many of our local greenspaces healthy with recycled water. Have a great summer – and keep an eye out for Oscar the Otter enjoying the sunshine!

Congratulations to the graduates of DSRSD’s 2026 Citizens Water Academy! Over the past month, participants learned how our community gets its water; toured DSRSD’s wastewater treatment plant, recycled water facility, and lab; and spoke with DSRSD staff experts about District services, governance, and priorities. Thank you for joining us and learning more about what DSRSD does. Get ready – the next Academy will be in Spring 2028!
