The Take It Down Act was officially signed into law in May, allowing survivors of image-based sexual abuse to report platforms that fail to remove intimate images or videos within 48 hours of receiving notice from a victim!
Survivors can now file complaints directly with the Federal Trade Commission through https://takeitdown.ftc.gov. Grateful to all the survivors and legislators who pushed this forward.

We asked our community to help us raise $10,000, and you rose to the challenge. Thanks to everyone who donated, we were able to purchase a vehicle that will help fuel opportunity and create more second chances for survivors in our programs. Thank you for making this possible! ❤️

We are incredibly grateful to the Rotary Club of San Leandro for awarding Love Never Fails a grant to provide human trafficking prevention education to students in the San Leandro Unified School District earlier this month.
This partnership helps equip young people with the knowledge and tools they need to stay safe, recognize exploitation, and build healthy futures.
As the Rotary Club of San Leandro celebrates 100 years of service and Love Never Fails celebrates 15 years of restoring, educating, and protecting survivors and communities, we are honored to stand together in creating an impact in the communitiy.
Thank you Rotary Club of San Leandro for investing in prevention, empowering youth, and helping us build safer communities for the next generation!
